Third opinion

A clear, expert view when it matters most

A third opinion acts as a clinical tie-breaker when previous assessments offer conflicting diagnoses or treatment paths. Because conditions such as bipolar disorder, ADHD and complex PTSD share overlapping symptoms, an additional perspective can be essential for diagnostic accuracy.

Our third opinions are provided exclusively by professionally registered, highly experienced staff, who bring an unbiased, expert view of your history and symptoms. This helps to prevent the risks of improper medication and gives you the clarity to commit to a recovery plan with confidence.

At INPSYCARE, we place the highest importance on protecting your privacy, confidentiality, and trust. We are fully committed to international standards of data protection and ethical practice in online counselling and psychotherapy. When you use our platform to book appointments or access services, we collect only the minimal personal and health-related information necessary for clinical purposes. This may include relevant details about your health and medical conditions that assist our clinicians in triaging and providing appropriate care.

Based on the information you provide, our system will generate a unique Patient ID for you, which will be used for all future interactions. This means that your records and communications are identified by your Patient ID rather than your name, further strengthening confidentiality and privacy safeguards.

All information you share is stored securely, encrypted, and accessible only to authorized clinicians and professionals directly involved in your care, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal information under any circumstances. You retain full rights over your personal information, including the right to access your records, request corrections if information is inaccurate, withdraw consent for non-essential data processing, or request deletion of your data where legally and ethically possible.
